• Attend and verify customer warranty claim
• Provide customer feedback on warranty analysis
• Verify the return of defective parts
• Feedback to HQ on defective part verification results
• Attend to customer complaint
• Conduct audit on parts complaint 
• Provide training to customer on company product range
