• Ensure adherence to Process Control Plan and Master Production Schedule
• Resolve equipment and quality issues with engineers and support teams
• Maintain clear communication for smooth daily operations
• Drive quality and continuous improvement for the Clamp division
• Improve production yield and reduce rejects with process teams
• Plan manpower with automation to boost productivity
• Optimize cycle time, cleanliness and preventive maintenance scheduling
