• Execute NPD processes from concept to commercialization
• Handle product development, shelf life studies and TDS creation
• Lead development and optimization for innovative projects
• Manage trial runs, troubleshooting and control setting improvement
• Develop new product recipes and transfer from headquarters
• Plan and organize pilot plant operations and tests
• Supervise subordinates for maximum efficiency
• Create product codes, TDS, and manage SAP processes
• Lead projects and report to stakeholders

Ideal Candidates .

• This role is perfect for candidates with practical experience in a Food Industry and a background or study in Food Technology, Biology or a related field. Strong knowledge of food technology, formulation, analysis, fat chemistry and food process regulations is preferred.
