Assistant Welding Engineer

What You'll Do

• Study and develop work processes for new parts before production
• Eliminate process waste and create work instructions
• Design production fixtures and support WPS/WQT programs
• Handle welding process improvements and quality checks
• Support customer and quality-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective processes
• Coordinate with departments on new products and technology
• Manage assets and preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct staff training and support corrective actions
