About the job HR & Admin Executive
Key Roles .
- Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training etc.
- Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
- Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances and discipline.
- Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
- Oversee staff attendance, movements and leave management.
- Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
- Provide support for administrative tasks.
- Liaise with statutory bodies.

- Diploma or above in any relevant field
