Key Roles .

  • Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training etc.
  • Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
  • Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances and discipline.
  • Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
  • Oversee staff attendance, movements and leave management.
  • Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies.

  • Practical experience in Human Resource / Admin functions
  • Diploma or above in any relevant field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文)
  • Candidates must be available to work in Masai Area
