Shipping Officer (LMW)

Your Roles .

• Monitor customer forecasts, orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with planner and subcontractor to meet deadlines.
• Oversee local, import/export shipping and arrange transportation.
• Review freight costs and negotiate with forwarders.
• Manage customs applications, including LMW renewals.
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor new staff and ensure accurate reporting.
• Generate sales reports and audit inventory monthly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and 5S standards.

Ideal Candidates .

• This position is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping within a manufacturing environment. Having LMW renewal experience would be an advantage, as the role requires occasional travel to customs. Background or studies in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related industry field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant studies are also encouraged to apply.
