Production Engineer

What You'll Do

• Support Production Manager in daily production operations.
• Monitor production progress, WIP and output to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, SOPs and process specifications.
• Add visual aids (photos, diagrams, CAD images) to production documents.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and controlled under QMS.
• Identify production issues and drive process improvement.
• Train operators on new or updated processes and instructions.
• Support Quality team on NCR, RCA, and CAPA activities.
• Support new product introduction, pilot run and process validation.

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in production operations, preferably in the metal industry.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks / MasterCam or equivalent).
• Knowledge of production documentation is an advantage.
