Shipping Officer

What You'll Do

• Handle and monitor import and export activities
• Manage MITI documentation and applications
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
• Coordinate bookings and negotiate freight charges
• Liaise with forwarders, customs and internal team
• Track shipments and update delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
• Resolve shipment delays or customer issues
• Maintain proper records of shipping documents
