Machining Manager

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading precision metal manufacturing company in Johor to look for a strong Machining Manager. This role focuses on driving production performance, improving efficiency, and leading a team in a fast-paced machining environment supporting high-precision component manufacturing industry

What you will do

• Lead daily machining operations covering production, engineering etc.
• Ensure production targets for output, quality, delivery are achieved
• Manage CNC machining processes including turning and milling
• Improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase productivity
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and automation initiatives
• Lead and develop supervisors and team leaders
• Solve daily production and technical issues on the shopfloor
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Support cost control and operational performance improvement

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in similar machining or precision manufacturing industry
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, including turning and milling
• Understanding of production operations and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams on the shopfloor
