What You'll Do

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
• Lead management, statutory and corporate financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations and Bursa requirement
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and financial processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic business insights
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team
• Drive finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
• Support CFO and senior management on finance-related matters

Ideal Candidates

• Proven experience in finance and accounting function
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred
• Background in a Bursa Malaysia-listed company is an added advantage
• Exposure to the plantation, agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Knowledge of MFRS, taxation and corporate governance.
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or MIA) is an added advantage.
