About the job Admin & Accounts Assistant
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry in AutoCount system
- Prepare invoices, AR/AP and manage inventory
- File documents and keep records updated
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations and invoices
- Reply to customers via email, Facebook and Shopee
- Arrange and label products on shelve
- Assist in managing Shopee and Facebook stores

Ideal Candidates
- 1 year of working experience in any field
