Technical Sales Support Executive

What You'll Do

• Conduct R&D activities, product formulation and costing.
• Prepare and present prototypes for internal and customer use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Provide technical support, training, and presentations.
• Support scale-up and commercialization activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Evaluate and approve new raw materials with relevant teams.
• Travel for trials, development support and customer visits.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in Technical Sales Support or Customer Solutions
• Background in R&D or Food Manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge of confectionery and food safety systems is a plus
• Fresh graduates with study in Food Science/Tech are welcome
