Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution
• Handle Request for Quotation and project quotations
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure on-time delivery schedules are met
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage pre- and post-sales activities and key account management
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
• Gather and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and strategies
• Maintain standard costing to support pricing accuracy and profitability
• Implement and update departmental procedures and work instructions
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively

Ideal Candidates

• Proven experience in sheet metal or machining manufacturing industry
• Experience in handling RFQ and customer-related matters is required
• Managerial or project leadership experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of costing, RFQ, and manufacturing flow
