MIS Officer

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot computer, email and MRP system issues.
• Maintain the Windows network and manage password protection.
• Monitor and verify MRP data entry.
• Attend to users' IT inquiries and ad-hoc requests.
• Liaise with vendors on hardware and system support.
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments.
• Report matters that require attention to the superior.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
• Report security incidents, breaches or suspicious activities.
• Participate in information security awareness training.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive and confidential information.
• Follow all information security policies and procedures.
• Support EMS and ISO 14001 environmental initiatives.

Ideal Candidates

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge.
• Junior experience in IT hardware / technical support is an advantage.
