Welding Manager

What You'll Do

• Develop and update welding procedures and documents
• Maintain WPS and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Coordinate daily operations to meet quality targets
• Implement welding processes for products and technologies
• Oversee welder qualification, training and development
• Improve welding capability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Support customer audits, meetings and resolve site issues
• Work with engineering on tools, jigs and new projects
• Maintain assets and manage vendor performance
