What You'll Do

• Develop HR policies and ensure labour law compliance
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning
• Oversee payroll, compensation and statutory contribution
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases and grievances
• Manage performance appraisal and improvement plans
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs
• Manage foreign worker permits, passes and documentation
• Maintain HR records, leave, attendance and administration
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external parties

Ideal Candidates
