What You'll Do

• Plan daily production schedules and meet output targets.
• Monitor production progress and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise technicians and arrange manpower when needed.
• Check product quality and ensure production standards are met.
• Solve daily production issues and improve work efficiency.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
