Planning Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end production planning and scheduling
• Develop and execute production schedules
• Monitor capacity, WIP, and production output
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and Quality
• Resolve bottlenecks and planning issues
• Oversee material planning and inventory levels
• Lead and develop the planning team
• Drive process improvements and reporting

Ideal Candidates

• Strong production planning and capacity management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and delivery timelines
• Experience as Senior, Asst or Manager in manufacturing
• Background in metal, fastener, or hard disk manufacturing
