ABOUT THE JOB

UPLIVE is a fast-growing global publisher. We’re looking for a Creative Production Lead to oversee the creative production process: elevate creative quality, deliver speed, and AI excellence across all Video, Playable, and ASO outputs.

You will ensure production excellence, streamline systems, drive AI adoption, and continuously raise the team’s craft and capability.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Production & AI Strategy

  • Identify emerging visual trends, concepts, and technical shifts that impact creative performance.

  • Track and evaluate AI advancements to bring new capabilities into the production pipeline.

Creative Quality Lead

  • Lead AI integration to enhance consistency, reduce production time, and expand creative possibilities.

  • Serve as the final gatekeeper of quality across all creative formats.

  • Ensure every output meets strategic intent, technical excellence, and production speed expectations.
  • Continuously raise quality benchmarks through structured critique and disciplined execution standards.

AI-Driven production excellence

  • Lead AI integration across production to raise speed, consistency, and quality.

  • Build AI-driven workflows and reusable systems with the team.

  • Continuously test new AI tools and roll them into production improvements.

  • Train the team to confidently use AI to enhance their design

System & Workflow Optimization

  • Build and refine scalable production systemsfrom briefing execution review release.
  • Reduce delays, shorten feedback cycles, and ensure clarity across teams.
  • Establish strong systems for asset libraries, templates, reusable components, and production automation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks or capability gaps.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Deliver high-level, actionable feedback that improves team creative skills, art assessment, and disciplines

  • Mentor the team in visual fundamentals, motion quality, pacing, design balance, and production best practices.

  • Lead structured upskilling programs in AI workflows, animation, 3D, and emerging tools.

  • Foster a culture of continuous growth, reference gathering, and high creative standards.

Cross-Team Alignment

  • Partner closely with Creative Strategists, UA, and Product to ensure creative output matches performance goals.

  • Communicate expectations, risks, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.


    QUALIFICATIONS

      • 4+ years in senior game/app Creative roles (Sr. Art Director, Sr. Designer, Creative Lead) leading high-volume production.
      • Proficient with modern AI creative tools (image, video, motion, automation).
      • Proven leadership in managing and developing multi-disciplinary creative producers.
      • Proven ability to deliver high-quality artwork, video, and playable outputs at scale.
      • Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and mobile game/app visuals.

      • Excellent creative thinking and project management discipline.

      • Mastery of visual fundamentals: composition, color, pacing, typography, animation.
      • Proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, basic 3D, and modern AI creative tools.
      • Strong communicator capable of aligning multiple teams toward a unified production vision.
      • Passionate about games/apps, visual craft, and elevating creative capability.
