ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to join our team, focusing on the growth and scalability of our mobile app. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new mobile apps profitably through organic and non-organic channels across the globe (US, Korea, Japan, etc.)


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage user acquisition (UA) campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other leading ad networks (e.g., Applovin, Mintegral, etc.).
  • Strong experience in ASO (App Store Optimization) is a must to maximize organic installs and improve overall app visibility.Analyze performance data from:

             (1) Market trends and competitor analysis

             (2) Key ad campaign metrics (CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS, installs)

             (3) A/B testing of creatives to optimize user engagement and campaign efficiency

             (4) Revenue and product metrics to understand user behavior and refine acquisition strategies for successful market penetration.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to provide actionable UA insights that optimize app creatives and improve product marketability.
  • Work with global ad networks and vendors to optimize campaigns, ensuring best practices are adhered to, and identify new platforms to expand user acquisition inventories.
  • Manage and optimize UA budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient and effective user acquisition strategies for both short-term gains and long-term app growth.


QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other ad networks) with proven success in mobile app user acquisition.
    • Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tool (e.g. Appsflyer or Adjust)
    • In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions

    • Data analysis, Strategic & Tactical planning, Problem solving

    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team, 

      Stakeholder management
    • A self-driven individual who takes full ownership and consistently delivers results
    • A continuous learner, eager to stay ahead of mobile market trends and apply new insights to drive product success.
    • Good communication (English writing and speaking skills)

    • Possess a creative mindset and an instinct for identifying trends.

    • Customer-oriented, Innovative, and emotional intelligence

    • Resilient and adaptable to changes and uncertainties

    • A passion for mobile apps and an understanding of app user behavior.
    • Prior experience in mobile app industry
