WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and execute UA strategy across the company across a portfolio of 5-7 mobile game/apps titles, managing large-scale budgets on channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and more
  • Act as your team’s expert in one of Google UAC, Meta, or SDK networks, meeting regularly with our stakeholders while actively running campaigns that hit KPI & ROAS targets and grow daily active users
  • Define UA launch strategies for new titles, including pre-registration campaigns
  • Define conceptual creative strategies and testing processes

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to drive growth
  • Stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming industry

    • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Hybrid Casual or IAP-driven UA
    • Deep knowledge of the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation, analytics, SDK ad networks, DSPs, etc.
    • Self-driven, be able to communicate goals, needs, and reports that provide insight into game performance and recommendations on improving metrics relevant to user acquisition campaigns
    • Experience with ad monetization and strong working relationships with various ad networks on both the monetization and user acquisition side.
    • Fluent English (written + speaking) is a must
