Our client is seeking an EPC Business Development Executive to support the expansion of its EPC pipeline across European markets. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing the full EPC sales cycle, and securing new EPC contracts across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to generate EPC opportunities across Europe
  • Develop and manage a strong EPC pipeline aligned with company growth strategy and MW targets
  • Originate new business opportunities and expand market presence within European markets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and strategic partnerships
  • Lead the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, bid strategy, and proposal preparation
  • Coordinate the development of competitive technical and commercial offers
  • Lead contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk parameters
  • Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams, including design, procurement, finance, and headquarters
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and commercial proposals
  • Track pipeline development, conversion rates, and key performance metrics through CRM systems
  • Support revenue growth and ensure commercial targets are achieved

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in EPC business development, sales, or project acquisition within energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracting models, tendering processes, and commercial structures
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships
  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and financial teams
  • Experience within renewable energy and solar EPC environments is highly preferred
  • Fluent English and Dutch is required; additional European languages are considered a plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands
