One of our clients is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their APAC marketing team, focusing on SEO, PPC, email marketing, website optimization, and digital performance, ideally with hands-on experience in Optimizely CMS and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management:
    • Manage and optimize website content and structure using Optimizely CMS.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely updates and campaign launches.
    • Monitor and improve website performance, ensuring optimal UI/UX across devices.
  • SEO & PPC:
    • Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
    • Support regional agencies to manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits with support from the existing agencies.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Execute targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
    • Segment audiences, A/B test subject lines and content, and optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels.
    • Use insights to inform strategy and continuously improve performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the global digital and content teams to align messaging and ensure SEO best practices.
    • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to support integrated campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in SEO and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficient in Optimizely CMS.
  • Strong understanding of website UI/UX principles.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
