Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage accounting, bookkeeping, and professional services for a dynamic organization providing financial and compliance-related services to clients. The role involves end-to-end accounting support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle bookkeeping for multiple clients across different industries
• Support statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as applicable
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Manage payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and timelines
• Provide professional accounting support and advisory assistance to clients as required
• Track and account for visa fees, government charges, license renewals, and related statutory payment
• Maintain basic documentation and records related to visa and government formalities and support coordination when required

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services firms
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and client-handling skill
• Experience working with SMEs or service-based client
• Exposure to tax compliance and advisory service
