About Our Client

We are looking for "Digital Engineer" role for our global client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and continuously improving Smart Factory Systems across truck entry, goods receipt, manufacturing, dispatch, and quality operations, ensuring deep integration to support and enhance end‑to‑end workflows.
  • Acting as a digital support function for plant operations by providing real‑time system support and coordinating with third‑party vendors.
  • Working closely with the Lean, production & quality departments to generate measurable value from Smart Factory solutions by preparing and delivering data required for process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Taking proactive and predictive actions to maintain system health and performance at the highest level, in close collaboration with local and global service providers and technology vendors.
  • Planning and coordinating system upgrades together with SAP and IT teams, including internal communication of downtimes and updates to minimize operational impact.
  • Being responsible for OT software and hardware lifecycle management, including maintenance, updates, health checks, and resolution of user issues and support requests.
  • Delivering Smart Factory and OT system trainings to users after every system change, enhancement, or critical milestone to ensure adoption and standard ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer, Automation Engineering or relevant field 4 to 6 years of experience in smart factory / industry 4.0 studies 
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in multidisciplinary team environment 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management
