About Our Client
We are looking for a structured and customer-oriented Aftersales & Warranty Coordinator to join international automotive operations team. In this role, you will act as a key interface between dealers, manufacturers, repair facilities, and internal departments, ensuring smooth aftersales processes, efficient warranty handling, and high customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, manufacturers, repair facilities, and OMSC to ensure smooth communication and operational support
- Process warranty claims, including submission, review, and handling of open recalls using the OPP Warranty Claim System
- Analyze warranty claims (Ford & Chrysler) and coordinate with the accounting team in New York regarding outstanding receivables
- Prepare and manage all required customs documentation for vehicles and resolve any pre- and post-delivery issues
- Document and track vehicle-related processes to ensure full compliance with customs regulations and audit requirements
- Order spare parts for repairs, recalls, replacement keys, remotes, and other vehicle components
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints by recording them in the CRM system and escalating unresolved cases as required
- Approve after sales services, customer reimbursements, non-warranty repairs, and replacement vehicle arrangements
- Investigate vehicle specification discrepancies and warranty-related questions on behalf of customers
- Coordinate with management, sales teams, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure efficient processes and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate warranty and after-sales records for tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications/ Competencies
- Bachelor's degree preferred or completed vocational training (e.g., commercial or technical qualification)
- Relevant experience in aftersales, warranty, automotive operations, or customer service is a plus
- Good understanding of warranty processes, recalls, and customs-related requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and digital claim platforms
- Fluent in English and German
