We are looking for an "HR Business Partner" position for our global client.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR advisor and coach for managers and senior leaders within your region on a wide range of topics, including team effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations
  • Lead the rollout and implementation of global programs in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and well-being. 
  • Where regional-specific needs arise, take the lead on designing and executing local initiatives from start to finish, in partnership with the appropriate CoE team. 
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and consistent experience from onboarding to onboarding. 
  • Coach managers on navigating performance improvement plans (PIPs) and holding effective performance and development conversations. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional Finance in the annual budget process as well as quarterly Rolling Forecast processes. 
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data within the HRIS.
  • Drive a proactive retention strategy for your region by using data, conducting stay interviews, exit interviews and partnering with managers on targeted action plans. 

Qualifications

  • Several years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably with responsibility for multiple countries in a fast-paced international environment.

    

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Collaborative and approachable style, positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and exposure to global environments would be a great plus.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
