About Our Client

Our client is a global industrial company focused on construction, technical solutions, and sustainable innovation.

We are looking for "Compliance Officer" role for their organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure in close collaboration with the global legal and compliance director, that all group policies
• and procedure for compliance, anti-corruption, sanctions and export control are well implemented and that businesses and employees are in full compliance with them
• Ensure that company business acts in compliance with applicable law, decrees, rules and regulations
• Ensure general compliance programs are well communicated and implemented across all entities
• Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest compliance regulations and processes
• Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in a compliance role
• Very good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
