About Our Client
Our client is a global digital advertising company that helps connect leading platforms with advertisers and markets worldwide, providing media sales, digital marketing, and technology solutions.
We are looking for a Sales Manager (Client Partner) to lead the Poland market, a large and critical growth area for X. This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for driving revenue through both direct advertisers and agency partnerships, including support on agency trading agreements.
About the Role:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Poland for Amazon Ads. You will manage sales and strategic client relationships, secure and hunt for new business, and guide brands on how to leverage the platforms ads to achieve their marketing goals. You will also mentor and grow a high-performing sales team while helping shape our market presence.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow our digital ads business in Poland, from strategy to execution.
- Drive and hunt for new business and identify untapped opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Sell our innovative advertising solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with major brands and media agencies, negotiating multi-million contracts.
- Act as a trusted sales advisor, educating clients on the platform's best practices, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.
- Build effective sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and helping account managers exceed them.
- Collaborate closely with account managers on planning, reporting, and client success.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow the next generation of digital sales talent.
What you need for this role:
- A persuasive communicator and relationship builder, fluent in English and Native Polish.
- Confident, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experienced in sales or business management with large or strategic accounts in advertising or media (4+ years).
- Skilled at multitasking, planning, and delivering results with precision.
- Knowledgeable about the digital marketing landscape and competitive media environment.
- Creative, strategic, and always looking for ways to help brands succeed.
