About the Role
On behalf of our client operating in the automotive industry, we are looking for a People Experience Specialist (Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics) to join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
This role will play a key part in shaping competitive compensation structures, leveraging HR analytics, and supporting people-related initiatives that enhance employee experience while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits strategies in line with market benchmarks and internal equity principles

Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay structure analyses to ensure competitiveness and fairness

Act as a strategic HR partner to business units by understanding organizational needs and providing data-driven HR solutions

Contribute to HR analytics initiatives and HR technology projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee experience

Support the preparation, monitoring, and management of the annual HR budget

Ensure alignment between HR financial planning and overall business strategy

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance management system

Contribute to career development frameworks, succession planning, and talent management initiatives

In line with HR priorities, support and follow up on recruitment processes as needed
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 3 year of experience in Human Resources (C&B, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or related areas preferred)

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel proficiency is a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong interest in market trends, HR best practices, and people analytics
