Field Researcher

Role: Field Researcher (Full-Time | Guangzhou)

We are looking for Field Researchers to support on-ground research activities in Guangzhou. This is a full-time role where you will interact directly with delivery drivers to understand their daily work experience and challenges.

This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations across Guangzhou to interact with delivery drivers
• Conduct short surveys and conversations to gather insights
• Understand driver challenges, delivery patterns, and preferences
• Accurately record and report collected information
• Share feedback and observations with the internal team
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Comfortable with field-based/outdoor work
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
• Confident in approaching and speaking with delivery drivers
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Students / freshers are welcome

Contract Details

• Type: Full-time
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Extension: Possible based on performance
• Work Nature: 100% field-based
