An innovative industrial technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation across Australia and global markets.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead our sales efforts across the mining sector in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within mining & Metal companies  and a proven track record of B2B enterprise solution sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with mining and resources companies across Australia 

· Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — maintenance heads, digital transformation leads, reliability engineers, and procurement

· Conduct consultative selling, including technical presentations, product demos, and ROI-based proposals

· Collaborate with technical pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions 

· Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market plans

Qualifications & Experience

· 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mining, industrial automation, digital solutions, or condition monitoring

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts 

· Demonstrated ability to sell high-value, consultative solutions
· Willingness to travel to remote mine sites as required
· Strong network within Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining and metal companies

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

· Experience with consultative or solution-based selling; familiarity with SaaS or predictive maintenance solutions is a plus

· Creating a solid demand generation plan including workshop, Presentations and other marketing tools.
