Our client is a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand in the Middle East, currently looking for an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations and contribute to the growth of an exciting international startup.
Location: Remote
Languages: Arabic & English (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Contract Type: Contractual
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day e-commerce and business operations
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment partners
Assist with order management, inventory tracking, and operational processes
Support customer service activities and order-related escalations
Track invoices, payments, and operational documentation
Work closely with the Founder on operational priorities and business activities
Support cross-functional coordination across multiple countries
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, Retail, Customer Support, or Supply Chain Coordination
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools
Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership
Exposure to e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory coordination, logistics, customer support, or marketplace operations, is an advantage
