Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Mass Spectrometry preferred
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting (2 years for Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry; 1 year for Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science)
  • Knowledge of CLIA guidelines for highly complex testing
  • Ability to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in specimen preparation, venipuncture techniques, and computer software systems
