Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements. We value both education and experience.
Preferred Education: Holding an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) degree is a significant advantage, highlighting your commitment to advanced knowledge.
Experience:
Minimum Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in nursing management within a hospital setting is required. This must include three years of supervisory experience, showcasing your leadership abilities.
License/Certifications:
Required License/Certifications: You should possess a current Arizona Registered Nurse License, demonstrating your dedication to delivering top-tier patient care.
Training:
Required Course(s) Training: Your training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider, underlines your commitment to specialized care in our Surgical Services Department.
Preferred Certifications/Registration: Holding a WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse) certification will be highly regarded, further emphasizing your expertise.
