Job Description:
Athletic Trainer at our Health Plaza - Full-Time, Day Schedule

The Athletic Trainer provides athletic training coverage/support for sport team/school assignment(s) as directed by the Clinical Supervisor for Rehab Services or Sports Medicine. Provides and assists in the coordination of activities that include injury prevention, immediate assessment/evaluation/treatment of injuries and appropriate triage of injuries.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Health related field or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Athletic Trainer License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainer's membership)
Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years' Experience working in school/college environment as an athletic trainer.
