ABOUT THE ROLE
An experienced Sales Account Executive and growth role with a sustainability background; ideally with SaaS sales experience. Must be comfortable working independently and responsively in a fast-paced and changeable environment. Applying a mix of strong soft and hard skills to discover, engage and win over key individuals at the right operating levels within target enterprises, winning commitment to adopt the Unravel Carbon Platform. Must be passionate about climate-tech for a better future.
Developing and executing sales plans for target markets, sectors
Contribute to executing the sales plan
Identify and act on new market development opportunities as they arise
Contributing to the overall development of Singapore and Southeast Asia as markets for Unravel Carbon
Applying research to identify the key persons in any given target enterprise
Leveraging knowledge of the required tech stack to drive efficient sales lead engagement, conversion and retention
Demonstrate astute commercial and business development acumen
Generate pitch and proposal decks and offers (creative support provided where needed)
Exceptional communication skills
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in selling or consulting in Climate Change / Carbon Assessments, ideally with a history in SAAS or similar B2B sales capacity with demonstrable achievement of sales targets
Willingness to learn, be self-motivated, and thrive in uncertainty
Can apply aptitude to learning climate consulting to a degree to engage independently on and about the platform with impact and confidence
Detail-oriented, task-focused, and exceptionally results-oriented

YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND
A bachelors degree (or a post-degree diploma) in sustainability or carbon management/accounting, ideally with working experience in a related Sales Account Executive / Business Dev role.
