SEGAレジェンダリータイトル（3Dアクション）のディレクター/リードプランナーとして、中核のゲームデザイン、プロジェクト全体推進を担っていただきます。

＜ディレクター業務内容＞ ・企画書作成・ゲームデザインドキュメント（GDD）作成・ゲーム内容の要件定義 ・プロジェクトのマイルストン・グランドスケジュール策定・担保 ・成果物のクオリティ判断・品質担保 ・チーム開発体制・環境構築 ・チーム開発推進

＜リードプランナー業務内容＞ ・ディレクターと共にゲーム内容の骨子を固めること ・プランナーの作業スケジュール管理 ・プランナーのアウトプットの品質担保 ・プランナーの開発体制・環境構築 ・他セクションリーダーと連携し、チーム開発を円滑に進めること

    For the position of Director/Lead Planner for SEGA's legendary 3D action title, you will be responsible for core game design and overall project management.

    Director Responsibilities:

    • Creation of project proposals, Game Design Documents (GDD), and defining game requirements.
    • Establishing and ensuring adherence to project milestones and a comprehensive schedule.
    • Assessing and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
    • Building and managing the development team structure and environment.
    • Driving forward the development of the team.

    Lead Planner Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with the Director to solidify the core aspects of the game.
    • Managing the work schedule of planners.
    • Ensuring the quality of output from planners.
    • Establishing the development team structure and environment for planners.
    • Coordinating with other section leaders to facilitate smooth team development.

Minimum Requirements

  • CSタイトルの開発経験（3年以上）
  • リードプランナー経験（3年以上）
  • コミュニケーションスキル

外国籍の方は日本語 能力試験 N1

  • English here
    • Over 3 years of experience in developing console (CS) titles.
    • Experience as a Lead Planner for at least 3 years.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • For non-native Japanese speakers, proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 is required.

Preferred Requirements

  • 3Dアクションゲームの開発経験
  • 経験値のあるベテランクリエイター
  • SEGAレジェンダリータイトルが好きな方

    • Experience in developing 3D action games.
    • A seasoned veteran with significant experience in creative roles.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower, 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo

  • Remote : Hybrid (commute to office 3 times a week）

Annual Salary: 6M ~ 10M JPY 　Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

  • Salary revision: Once a year
  • Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
  • Performance bonus and incentives available
  • Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)

Hours: Flex: 8:00 - 22:00

  • Flextime system (Core time: 10:30 - 15:30)
