Procurement & Shipping Supervisor

Purpose of the Role:

This role ensures efficient acquisition of goods and services and the timely delivery of products to internal customers, aligning with organizational objectives. Finally, this role is also responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory operations of P&S Region 2 (Reina Mercedes, Isabela).

Here's how you would make than impact:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials or services.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and propose strategies to resolve performance issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procure documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile physical inventory between actual and recorded inventory.
• Perform regular counts to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor the expiration dates, product shelf life of the items.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid overstock or shortages.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any four-year business course.
• Must have experience in procurement and inventory management.
• Proven ability to negotiate, communicate and lead.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
