Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Contact Finder to support our outreach efforts by identifying and listing individuals. This role involves extensive LinkedIn and online research to gather accurate contact information and document findings in a structured spreadsheet.
This is a fully remote, project-based position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, research-driven, and able to follow specific data collection protocols. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in lead generation or clinical trial-related data sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn and official company websites to find professionals' contact information
Leverage other contact-finding tools
Record data into a shared Google Sheet
Flag any uncertain roles or entries for internal review.
Follow search guidelines, including the DOs and DON’Ts of data collection
Supplement missing LinkedIn data by checking company pages.
Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, data research, or contact sourcing.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn search, filters, and Boolean search techniques.
High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and online databases.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong written communication skills for clear documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials is a plus.
Previous experience in a research, administrative, or virtual assistant capacity.
Familiarity with identifying roles in biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
