JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Nonprofit Program/Project Director who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and efficient operation of all assigned programs in accordance with RTV mission, goals, and policies. Program/Project Director will be responsible for the overall quality assurance of the program, the productivity and management of staff -including but not limited to site visits, data collection, grant compliance, data storage and dissemination of information.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Program Management
*Establish goals and objectives to effectively implement the program and manage all deliverables and timelines in accordance with the funders, the organization and the grant dictates
*Hire, train and coach staff to facilitate all program duties and responsibilities
Conduct routine meetings and bi-monthly agency meetings to address any events, activities and/or issues related to all sites/ministries
*Develop and implement prevention education program curriculum and training presentations
*Ensure the facilitation of presentations for participants, community members or other groups as outlined in the grant
*Assist in the administration of screenings to determine eligibility of program
*Contribute to program development, grant application content, and grant reporting to ensure the continuation of program and services
*Conduct quality assurance monitoring to ensure compliance with funding sources and contractual agreements
*Monitor and maintain staff productivity and task outcomes
*Conduct staff bi-annual and annual evaluations
*Complete all monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports related to the program as determined by the grant
*Recruit program sites and assist Coordinators in participant recruitment and retention
*Develop and maintain relationships with all sites/ministries, follow up with sites on program implementation
*Represent the organization at provider meetings, conferences, and training
Submit quarterly and annual reports to Board of Directors on program performance

Additional Duties
Serve as support for writing and research on grant and funding proposals, and stewardship reports for donors and grantors
Serve as point on program event logistics and production
Assist grant researchers with data collection and entry

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelors Degree required from an accredited college

Attentive to detail and ability to reliably stay on top of a range of tasks and projects

WORK HOURS & LOCATION
Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM; On-site at Office. Must be in attendance at all  events. Site visits and off-site meetings may be required. Additional work hours required during periods of grant writing, grant reporting, events, etc. Work schedule, hours, and location subject to change due to project needs and work procedures.
