Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $17.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
  • Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
• Career Growth: Eligible to begin the clients hiring process based on attendance, performance evaluations, and seniority.
• Top Pay Potential: Once hired by the client, pay increases to $20.52/hr with a top-out pay of $30.40/hr.

Automotive Assembly Specialists Duties:

Assist with assembly line and production operations to mass-produce automotive components or vehicles.
Use basic hand tools to manually assemble automotive parts.
Collaborate with the team to resolve quality issues and implement repair/containment procedures for recurring defects.
Follow company safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-reduction practices.

Automotive Assembly Specialists Requirements:

Ability to use basic hand tools for assembly 8+ hours per day.
Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable daily transportation to the clients facility in West Point, GA.
Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting is preferred but not required.
