The Team

As a member of the Market Access team, you will contribute to delivering market gateways and market data handlers for major financial exchanges in the Asia Pacific region. You will also support strategic business projects by providing new offers such as internal matching and new client flow solutions. You will be based on the trading floor, working closely with front office users.
The Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer to join our client's team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing, testing, and automating systems for market connectivity, market data handlers, and internal matching.
- Designing resilient, distributed solutions to meet high-availability business requirements.
- Focusing on the quality and reusability of the code produced.
- Contributing to the development of automated tests and tools for automated build and deployment as part of a Continuous Delivery mindset.
- Engaging in recurrent code reviews and peer training sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- Solid experience with C++11/14, with supporting work experience, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Quality-oriented with a strong emphasis on software design and architecture.
- Previous experience in finance is not mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C++17 and template metaprogramming, curiosity about C++20/23/26.
- Experience in multi-threading and concurrency issues.
- Development experience on the Linux platform.
- Knowledge of network protocols and socket programming.
- Familiarity with Python scripting language.
