The Role

As part of the Private Wealth Management Asia Project Management Team, the Client Facing Technology Business Analyst will contribute to driving digital transformation and enhancing client-facing platforms. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including technology, operations, and compliance teams, to deliver innovative solutions for Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting product owners to scope, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Performing business analysis, defining workflows, and recommending process improvements.
• Managing end-to-end project tasks, including feasibility studies, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation support.
• Developing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Preparing project communication materials and facilitating working groups.
• Evaluating post-implementation project performance and addressing any production issues.

The Requirements

• A university degree in business, finance, IT, or related disciplines.
• Experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on digital solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (including Putonghua) is a plus.
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a proactive approach and passion for excellence.
