 Job Description:

Project Manager - Fund and Portfolio Management Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Owners in devising strategic and tactical solutions with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Legal) to meet business objectives.
    • Define project scope and collaborate with stakeholders on enhancing fund and portfolio management platforms.
    • Conduct business analysis, prepare user stories, optimize workflows, and recommend process improvements and system upgrades.
    • Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility studies to implementation support, including UAT management.
    • Evaluate project performance post-implementation and address production issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop and monitor project strategy, timeline, and execution path.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Prepare project communication materials, provide status updates, and lead working groups.
    • Manage stakeholder communications, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably related to fund investment lifecycle and portfolio management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management, people management, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand the big picture while being able to delve into technical details.
  • Solution-oriented with an experimental and flexible mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of fund and portfolio management platforms is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, deadline-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a commitment to excellence.
