Job Description:
Project Manager - Fund and Portfolio Management Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Owners in devising strategic and tactical solutions with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Legal) to meet business objectives.
- Define project scope and collaborate with stakeholders on enhancing fund and portfolio management platforms.
- Conduct business analysis, prepare user stories, optimize workflows, and recommend process improvements and system upgrades.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility studies to implementation support, including UAT management.
- Evaluate project performance post-implementation and address production issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and monitor project strategy, timeline, and execution path.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Prepare project communication materials, provide status updates, and lead working groups.
- Manage stakeholder communications, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably related to fund investment lifecycle and portfolio management solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in project management, people management, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand the big picture while being able to delve into technical details.
- Solution-oriented with an experimental and flexible mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of fund and portfolio management platforms is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, deadline-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a commitment to excellence.
