The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of junior traders, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Develop, optimize, and implement trading algorithms to maximize profitability.
• Oversee trading operations, liaising with brokers and internal teams.
• Enhance high-frequency and execution algorithms for better performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and advancements in quantitative trading.

The Must-Have

• A minimum of 5 years of buy-side quantitative trading experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with global financial markets.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of asset management operations and offshore trading practices.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
