The Team
The Private Wealth Management Asia Operations team is a dynamic group of project managers and business analysts. This team collaborates with key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Branch Administration, and Business Units to drive strategic and tactical process improvements. Their mission is to enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Role
- Lead and manage projects within Wealth Management Asia Operations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance divisions.
- Oversee project governance and working group forums to drive progress and resolve challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, test plans, and implementation strategies.
- Work closely with Technology teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
The Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project/program management within a banking operations environment.
- Strong understanding of wealth management operations and financial products across asset classes.
- Proven ability to manage projects, execute change initiatives, and deliver results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a flexible and pragmatic approach.
- Prior experience in managing direct reports or contingent workers is a plus.
