The Team

Youll be joining a fast-paced, agile technology group working at the heart of trading innovation. The team focuses on delivering reliable, high-performance platforms and enhancing the digital experience for internal users and institutional clients across Asia.

The Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and resilience of a pre-trade platform used by global front office teams. You will combine strong software engineering skills with a deep understanding of DevOps and production environments, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders to drive platform excellence.

The Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET for backend and API development
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL storage systems
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (e.g., ELK stack)
• Ability to run platform stress-testing and capacity analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of financial products (e.g., options, swaps, structured products) is a plus
• Fluent in English
