The Team

Join a dynamic eTrading Application Support team that plays a crucial role in supporting electronic trading platforms for Fixed Income and Credit Trading. The team works closely with traders, developers, and external vendors to ensure the stability and efficiency of trading systems across multiple markets.

The Role

We are looking for an eTrading Application Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line trade floor support for fixed-income electronic trading systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical and functional issues, liaising with trading desks, and ensuring smooth operation of pre-trade and post-trade applications in a fast-paced environment.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field
• Experience supporting fixed-income pre-trade platforms (preferred)
• Technical support experience in an investment bank (preferred)
• General knowledge of debt markets, credit products (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial markets (preferred)
• Strong experience in user support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Knowledge of Capital Markets systems and products
• C# programming knowledge is a plus
