Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations Division. This role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure the effective deployment of transformational initiatives through project management and user acceptance testing (UAT) oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to refine product feature backlogs
• Plan and prioritize backlog items and development efforts
• Assess value and prioritize stories and themes for maximum impact
• Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration
• Develop and communicate testing approaches and plans
• Coordinate with release management on test cycles
• Create test scenarios/scripts for user acceptance and regression testing
• Lead user acceptance testers in preparation and execution
• Document test results and ensure requirements are met
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Maintain an inventory of test scripts for alignment with system functionality
• Partner with technology to develop automated tests
• Investigate issues and prepare reports and analysis
• Oversee defect management and perform ad hoc testing as necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a large financial institution
• Previous experience with UAT and regression testing
• Knowledge of the testing life cycle and Agile Scrum Development preferred
• Experience in project coordination and management
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Subject Matter expertise in Client and Party Reference Data management, including KYC and AML processes, and financial services regulations
